A Digital Printer by HP

HP estimates forty eight percent of print jobs come from web pages. By the year 2010, HP assumes the digital printing world to expand to fifty three trillion digital pages yearly. “That’s the opportunity we need to think about together as a partner. How can we capture more pages?” Joshi said this in a presentation. He identified three key areas of focus for the print 2.0 strategy: extend the company’s digital content creation. For example, logoworks and snapfish, across customer segments spanning consumers to enterprise; and deliver a digital printing platform. HP is trying to get in front of the web in a hostile way. India is very significant market for HP.
